During a very contentious relationship between the parents of our granddaughter where we had no contact with her for 3 years, Ryan represented us for Grandparents rights for which we were granted. Going through a divorcee is a very challenging and emotional time. More so even when things go south after the final decree. I’ve had to retain Ryan twice for post decree disputes. Ryan is very knowledgeable and quick with his responses. He had to file an emergency motion for me once and we got in-front of a judge quickly. For those going through the unfortunate event of divorce/family law issues I would highly recommend Ryan.

I retained Ryan Wallace to represent me on my child custody and child support case. Ryan did an incredible job upholding his responsibilities and effortlessly handled both cases with a lot of excellent wisdom & insight. His execution in court was phenomenal. Ryan was truthful and honest in all areas I was concerned about and didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear but told me what I needed to hear to ensure my cases were resolved appropriately. Ryan has helped my family on numerous occasions with complex custody battles. From the day I met him he was honest and caring and timely. He would always tell me his thoughts but allowed me to have my thoughts and feelings as well. He never once judged any situation we were in and was always willing to jump in and help in any way he could. I hired Ryan Wallace (Boyd Wallace Law Firm) for a challenging custody case. He rocked it! An impressive lawyer! He’s smart, thorough and efficient. He stayed the course in spite of my son’s mom’s obstinance & vindictiveness. He answered all my questions. He even went so far as to always answer the phone when I’d call. Yes, I like emails but, I appreciate the expedience of talking. It’s a quick Q&A.I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t get custody of my son, thus putting my son further in harms way, by remaining with his mom, as his mother was charged with a Class 4 Felony for purchasing marijuana for a minor (my son). And ironic as it is, it was his mother who sent my son here to MN from Colorado (on a one-way plane ticket) to live with me in the first place, most likely to avoid a deeper investigation by the authorities and child protective services. I just needed to make my son's living here permanent and legal - and Ryan helped me achieve that.Ryan was determined, upfront and professional throughout the entire process.
